Ash1. Pikachu: Obviously.
2. Totodile --> Croconaw/Feraligatr: Likely returning to have more exposure. This pokemon is all about redemption... And what better way to redeem it, than for Ash to finally have a water starter fully evolve to join the likes of Charizard and Sceptile.
3. Monferno: Has too large of a story to put him to rest with Sinnoh. Fans enjoy the Pokemon, and I'm sure people would love to see more of him. Ash is likely keeping him around.
4. Gliscor: It seems like this Pokemon has been full of "next time"s, and will likely get the real conclusion to those in Johto.
5. Gen V Pokemon
6. Bayleef --> Meganium: I'm especially iffy about this one, incase they go the May route and give Dawn 2/3 of the Johto starters...or even give one to either of their respective rivals at the time. But I do think that they may bring Bayleef back as a trusty Pokemon.

Brock:
1. Happiny --> Chansey or Blissy: He's a breeder whose bound to make Happiny extremely happy, and she already has her stone. One of these is gonna happen... They gave him a pre-evo of a Johto Pokemon for a reason.
2. Croagunk: Great reviews for this Pokemon, and seems to be Brock's sidekick in both battle and comedy.
3. Sudowoodo: The steady and Lieutenant of Brock's Pokemon. I can't see it going for now.
4. I have a very odd feeling that we're either gonna see a return of Forretress, or, since we never got to see him for the first runthrough, Steelix.

Dawn:
1. Piplup: *Sigh*
2. Cyndaquil --> Quilava: To complete the three starters. Additionally, to play as a rival Pokemon to Ash's Bayleef or Croconaw, much like May's Blaziken was to his Sceptile.
3. Pachirisu: Very enjoyable Pokemon... And only just beginning to show its potential in Contests. More exposure to come...
