Memories with Pokemon (Herp derp nostalgia) | Page 2

It started for me in 2nd grade. It was the very 1st day of school. I was thinking out loud and I said "I wonder if Sam goes here?" Sam was my friend from preschool. I hadn't seen him since I started kindergarten. Right when I said that, a kid turned around and said that his name was Sam. I asked him if he went to the same preschool I did. It turns out, he was my old friend! We both collected pokemon cards, but I never really understood the rarity of the cards (I traded a charizard for a rhydon) or the game. The cards kind of died off after a little bit. Our school had a rule where you could bring your gameboy to play before school started if you had a note from your parents. My parents never let me do it. Sam's parents did, and he brought his either silver or crystal version. He let me play it a little, but I never understood it. Then one day he came to school with sappire. I wanted it sooo bad. I begged my parents for it, but they wouldn't get it for me. About a month later, i opened up my birthday presents. My last one was pokemon sappire. I popped it in my gameboy ad played it for hours. I must've gotten to the 3rd gym in one day. I played sappire for about 3 or 4 years, finally getting to wallace 2 years after I got it XD. I moved when I was in 3rd grade, so I haven't seen Sam since 2nd grade. So after having sppire for a while, I got firered, then emerald, then red rescue team. I played those games until 2009 when I got my DS and platinum. Now I have sappire, firered, emerald, red rescue team, platinum, shadows of almia, and explorers of time.
