The Oceanic Museum (Japanese: 海の科学博物館 Ocean Science Museum) is a building built by Captain Stern located in Slateport City. In the games In Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, the player must go to the Oceanic Museum to give Captain Stern the Devon Parts.
