Victory Road (Japanese: チャンピオンロード Champion Road) is a tunnel situated on Route 23. It earned its name because it must be traveled by all Trainers aiming for the top. Its other end opens up in Indigo Plateau and the Pokémon League. Only Trainers with the eight Kanto or Johto Badges are allowed to enter it. Role Victory Road has three floors. Re: Wanted: An IV Breeding TutorI'm no expert, but I IV breed quite alot and I can tell you how I do it.
1) Catch a ridiculous amount of whatever you're breeding for. If the pokemon's rare, you might want to spend more time breeding (meaning having a dad with good IV's but the mom with whatever IV's you got stuck with, and swapping out the mom as better females hatch. Read More...
