Huge Power (Japanese: ちからもち Muscleman) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation VI and in Generation IX, it is the signature Ability of Marill's evolutionary line. Effect In battle Huge Power doubles the Attack stat of the Pokémon with this Ability. My guess is water only damages the exterior. This can be seen in humans, too—stay submerged in water too long, and your skin will get damaged, but inside, you are about 60% water.
